Should the NBA have expansion teams and where?

This is something that should be seriously considered, in my opinion. The expansion teams would have to be in states that don't already have professional teams within them, because we all know that we don't need new teams in New York, Texas, or California. So that leads a few eligible choices for expansion teams. Hawaii, Kentucky, Nebraska, Virginia, and a few others. This would be good for basically every aspect of the situation. What do you think?
