Best Rookie 2015-2016

I think that Jahlil Okafor will be the best rookie for this upcoming season. He is good in the post, and is mature enough and ready for the NBA. When you help your team win it all in March Madness, and have the strength and ability to play with the big guys down low, you have a good chance to dominate. Why I put him over the other top prospects such as Karl Anthony-Towns, D'Angelo Russell, Kristaps Porzingis (love that name), and Emmanual Mudiay is because he is ready to dominate, and will get lots of playing time. Who knows, maybe he will actually help the 76ers improve.
