Does Tom Brady deserve his penalty

Tom Brady has been suspended 3 games. The Patriots fined a record one million dollars and lost a first and fourth round pick. He didn't say anything about the footballs being deflated, and at the time it happened the refs didn't do anything. So who's to fault? let me know what you think. He still got to go on and win the Super Bowl. No penalty came at the time. Does he deserve to be suspended? Or does he not because, he didn't get a penalty at the time. Or does he deserve to be stripped of his Super Bowl title? You decide!
