1. Set a goal Set a small goal it makes you push yourself
2. slow down don't worry about speed at first
3. Take a friend take your best friend with you
4. Treat yourself let yourself have a coke, or a doughnut after a run
5. Rise with the sun watch the sun rise as you run, its beutiful
6. Play your favorite beats listen to your favorite songs
7. Speed it up try going all out for as long as you can then walk for a little bit and go again
8. Find a race enter a race it helps commit yourself to running and it can be fun
9. Find an interesting trail try trail running it can be really fun, just be careful though
10. Challenge your self set goals, train, push your self
