109-yard field goal return lifts Tigers over Tide
With the score tied at 28 with one second left in regulation, Alabama's Adam Griffith attempted a 57-yard field goal. The kick fell short and into the arms of Auburn's Chris Davis nine yards deep in the end-zone. Davis took the kick all of 109 yards for a touchdown, knocking off No. 1 Alabama 34-28. No. 4 Auburn will now play in the SEC Championship Game next week. Alabama's Championship three-peat hopes are likely over. Auburn wins two straight games on miracle plays after two weeks ago beating No. 24 Georgia on a Hail Mary.
