Healthy Raspberry/Mango Blast Smoothie

Try this great recipe if you're in the mood for a great treat, that's healthy as well.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of coconut water
1/2 cup of frozen mangoes
1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
2 ounces of tofu
1 teaspoon of agave nectar

Directions:
Put ingredients into blender, and blend until smooth.

Variations:
Add other fruits such as bananas and/or strawberries, for extra taste or as substitutes. If you can't find or don't want tofu or agave nectar, don't feel the absolute need to add those. For a chillier, frostier smoothie, add ice cubes, but be careful with the quantity.
